Adoption Journey: I am HOPEFUL

Welcome to My Adoption Blog!

Hello! I am Kylie. I am a single woman who is starting the journey of adoption. I am HOPEFUL that one day, I will become a mom. This has been something that I have wanted for a long time, but I didn't officially start my journey until December of 2022.

I've branded the word HOPEFUL to describe who I am to a birth mom:

H: Humble

O: Open

P: Passionate

E: Enthusiastic

F: Faithful

U: Understanding

L: Loving

I am HOPEFUL that I can meet a birth mother who would allow me to get to know her and what she enjoys, her beliefs, and her wishes. My wish is to have an open adoption, if at all possible, so the child can have the best of both worlds from their biology and their biography.

My blog is an opportunity for others to get to know me, follow my journey, and hopefully assist in finding the perfect match. My goal is to provide a forum of topics of interest for all types of families so we can share our experiences, our questions, learn from, and support one another in all our journeys.
